Yes, in case your pickup and drop addresses are outside the city limits, we will inform you within 48hrs of the booking and let you know the extra charges if any. Where possible we have created packages for pickup/drop from outside city limits. Please see our City Limits table for more details.
Yes you can cancel or postpone the booking by calling our call center. In case the payment is not made using Credit Card/Paypal instead of refund credit note/coupon will be issued for future booking. For Cancellations 24hrs or before the Pickup time, no deductions will be done except transaction charges if any. For cancellation within 24 hours but before 3 hours of booking, 25% cancellation charge is applicable. For cancellation within 3 hrs of pickup time 60% cancellation charge is applicable.
